GAPS & MEASUREMENTS
You'll need to take three basic measurements:
1. Width in inches inside the door jamb.
2. The door's height in inches inside the door jamb.
3. The gap space at the bottom of the door.

DOOR JAMB SPECIFICATIONS
Look at the hinge sides of glass single doors to see the width of the door stop.  Usually there are three widths as shown in the drawings.

THRESHOLD STYLE
Indicate if the threshold style is smooth or grooved and the width of the threshold.

Simply take the measurements required, affix a sticker to an inside edge of the door, and put the information in the spaces provided on this form
